Windows Vista Versions

Read a news about the different versions of the upcoming Microsoft Windows Vista operating system.

Windows Vista versions unveiled

There are 6 different versions to be released. I'm very much sure that this is going to confuse the end users. Because OS is the foundation for any PC, it should be very simple to chose. But, many flavours of the same OS with different features may lead the user to chose a wrong one that won't suit his/her needs.
There is a comment from a sales personnel. He had mentioned that, its very difficult for him to explain the differences between the 3 existing flavours of the windows xp home, media center and professional. So, how would it be for the new 6 versions?

Build a website with Google

Got to know about another free service from Google. Buidling websites through the internet browser. According to the news, no knowledge about HTML or Javascript is needed. And the hosting is also provided by Google for free.

The common problem with the free services happened here too. Now Google says it couldn't offer new accounts due to heavy demand. So we have to leave our email to be notified when ready. Just check it out!

Uninstalling IE7 beta

Last week I installed the Microsoft Internet Expelorer 7 beta, even though it was released for public. As usual it had replaced my already existed version of IE. I didn't bother about it as the new version didn't give any problem at the beginning.

But later I couldn't continue my office work because I was getting many troubles by the beta. I couldn't successfully complete even a secured form filling process (the problem of displaying unsecured items within the secured page). So, I wanted to rollback to my earlier version. But how... No uninstaller available.

Tried many technics...Nothing worked. However, I got it removed at last.

This is the way.

Have fun!
